Staff is very friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night there on our way back home as we had the flight early in the morning.
It's nice that they offer free transfer for the airport. It is also pretty near to the airport
The bathroom was a bit weird. No separator between the shower and the rest of it.

Good customer service .
Staff were good but we had to wait 2 hours for the pick up . As compensation we had cheap lunch and dinner . They tried to their Best anyway. Very small room for a suite and old stuff in it. Needs to be refurbished urgently.

I do not recommend this hotel.
Closeness to the Male Int. Airport
Bathroom was not clean, some hair was all over the washbasin; there was that strange smell, very very strong and unnecessear, Anu at the reception was helpful but no one cares about who is getting in and out from the hotel becasuse of the roof top cafe (which is also quiet regular)

Disappointing
free airport shuttle comes with smelly room and dirty walls but with nice breakfast.
airport pickup option, however it did not work for us when arrived. the food was really nice, and they have a roof top restaurant, but the location is noisy, given this hotel is by a very busy street.
the odor in our room was bad, the walls were dirty and it was really noisy. we stayed in different hotels around Maldives on local islands (Hulumale and Dhigurah) and this was the worst choice compared to the rest.
