Good for a weekend in London

Location is very good. Close to metro - which was closed for a full day the last day unfortunately. Staff very helpful.

Waiting time for breakfast. Ok, they report this in advance. But then please work with reservations. Coffee and tea are brought to the table during breakfast. We spent our 3 days waiting a long time each time for coffee/tea. In many hotels you can get this yourself. This would also allow the staff to work more quietly. Now everyone asks all kinds of things to the staff and the staff walks around the breakfast room very busy.

Great place for our family to base out of for exploring London.

Great location near River, Tower Bridge, Tower Hill tube station. Convenient restaurant, room service, 24 hour reception.

Bed wasnt as comfortable as it could be.
