Very good

Great experience staying at Thilak homestay. The host Kishor was super helpful and friendly. You can choose your own mode to explore hampi or opt to auto service provided by homestay, it's good. Room was clean and was at prime location.

Just a concern, it's bit overpriced as compared to other facilities, which can be ignored.

Excellent location in Hampi. In the heart of a lovely village community and near to all attractions- the old temples, main temple, river etc all an easy walk away!!! Comfortable room. Kishor was a fantastic host who helped me arrange a guide and tuktuk around Hampi and also collection from train.

Everything was perfect, starting from the owner Kishor a lovely and helpful host. He organised the transfer from and to Hospet Bus Station, and i did earlier check in at 5am, was great and kind from him. Also help to higher a tuk tuk driver for a tour of Hampi. The room had a good ac and also a fan, was clean and comfortable. The guesthouse it is located in the heart of Hampi. With good restaurant near by Funky Monkey. I highly recommend to stay here. Keep the good service Kishor, if I came back i will stay here again.

Perfect base for exploring Hampi

This homestay is fantastic, the room has a good A/C and a fan (needed in the summer days), it is located in the heart of Hampi, with views to the temple from the upstairs terrace, close by several restaurants, grocery shops and the market. They also arranged Tuk tuk pick off from the Hospet Jn train station and drop off back to the station at a very affordable price. Upon request they also can help you out organising train tickets or tours. We actually ended up extending our stay one extra night as we liked a lot the accommodation and the area.

The only down side is that the rooms are not sound proofed and everyone is up (honking tuk tuks and scooters) from very early in the morning. So, you will either need some earplugs or just rise with the Sun and take advantage of the slightly milder morning temperatures. To us the room was ok in terms of size, but it could get tight for 2 people with big luggage,

Kish the host was really helpful, arranging pick up from Hospet and organising tuk tuk for us to see the sights. Great location.

Didn't have an out door area but Kish let us sit up on his roof terrace. Not much storage space for clothes but minor detail

Central stay in hampi with helpful staff

Lovely staff and located in the centre of hampi! Would recommend getting th boat over the river and exploring hippie island by scooter if you can after seeing the temples on hampi side. Street food is great around the area and there is a couple of roof resturaunts like chill out zone which are good for the evenings for a soft drink and relax. Room is simple but effective with good working air con which is essential in the April heat! If you get the night bus from Goa it drops you off in Hospet, they were kind enough to come get us at 5/6am on a rickshaw to take us to the guesthouse for very good price.
