The hotel was modern, breakfast looked good and the bar was open very late. The staff were friendly. Water and tea supplied in the room.

The room was absolutely tiny. It could only be for one person although it was booked as a double room. Two people couldn't get ready in that sized room. It should be marketed as a room for one.

I always love staying in this hotel the staff are polite and they don't bother u during ur stay (unlike some other hotels I have been in in London ) the room is a bit small however u have everything u need in there and the location is amazing. Would honestly recommend the z hotel in any location as I have been to three so far and I enjoyed my stay at all of them .

I recently had another fantastic stay at The Z Hotel Holborn, booking through Booking.com this time, thanks to a great discount they offered. I often switch hotels in London based on price and location, but The Z Hotel Holborn consistently outshines the rest. Its prime location is unbeatable, surrounded by cafes, attractions, and restaurants. Plus, the Holborn metro station is just a 5-minute walk away, making transportation, including airport commutes, a breeze. One standout feature is the hotel's secure gate, which locks after 11 PM, ensuring safety and security, accessible only to guests with an access card. While I hope they'll consider adding a safe box in the future, the current amenities are impressive. The staff's hospitality is truly commendable, always welcoming and helpful. Their cozy lobby is a great spot to grab food and drinks. My previous stay was in a quiet room on the 7th floor, which requires a stair climb from the 6th floor as there's no elevator access to the top floor. The 7th floor's advantage is its tranquility and minimal number of rooms. This year, I was pleasantly surprised with room 702 - a spacious and unique two-floor room. The lower level houses the shower room, toilet, and a changing area, while the upper level is dedicated to a comfortable sleeping space. This room has now become my absolute favorite, marking it as my top choice for all future London visits. Its size and quietness make it a perfect urban retreat. A heartfelt thanks to The Z Hotel Holborn for their exceptional hospitality and for making my London stays memorable.

The WiFi was a bit spotty, but the hotel staff promptly offered to fix it or change my room. I chose to stay in the same room, as I really liked it, confident that they'll address the issue soon

Unhelpful staff members

Unhelpful staff members no european plugs. The lady lied that some costumer took the EU to UK Plug and she will inform me when ,,she will have it and never did. She lied that she had one and make a story and told to buy a plug from the shop (which I already know that by myself). Everybody was asking for a plus but they sending the guests to the shop wich is so funny. They didnt speak good English. They didnt let me check in early also. I have been in many hotels in UK everyone is offering a help.
