Exceptional

We had a very pleasant time in Bath the hotel,Italian restaurant and the shopping worked wonders

Excellent facilities and Staff were kind and helpful,breakfast too was very good. I would and have recommended the Windsor to all my family and friends.We will return later this year.Thank you a lovely experience Cheers Carol

Very poor and certainly not a 5 star hotel

The location was good, parking options very poor, breakfast was very good .

The bathroom was old and dirty, the cups in the room for tea and coffee were dirty with no spoons, the radiator was falling apart, the windowsill was loose.

Disappointing

Location was good...but more care and attention needed at hotel

Balloons left outside the door to our room. NO MILK OR SUGAR FOR TEA/COFFEE. NO BISCUITS. TV DID NOT WORK IN OUR ROOM..REPORTED IT IMMEDIATELY AFTER CHECKING IN...THEY SAID IT WAS FIXED..IT WASNT..MY 81 yr old MUM MISSED HER SOAPS AT NIGHT..COULD NOT CONTACT ANYONE AFTER 6PM! ONLY ONE HAND TOWEL FOR 2 PEOPLE THE CARE WAS JUST NOT THERE...WHICH DOES NOT MAKE IT GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY.

Bad

NEVER AGAIN!

We did not like anything about this place! On the New Year's Eve, while pouringdown with rain, we had to leave this place only after a couple of hours of arrival. We paid again and booked a different hotel and left. The receptionist was unhelpful when we told her.

As we arrived, an unfriendly, receptionist with a frowned face, told us where the room was and quickly left us to it. We had to walk up a scary staircase which was twisted and narrow, one person could hardly stand on them, let alone with the suitcase. We walked up to the third floor, where they gave us a room. The room was so small, and in the attic. There was a tiney window, on the street side which was open, it was pouring down with rain, splashing inside, the room felt damp. Noisy cars passing the road made it even more unattractive and uncomfortable. The bathrooms was so tiny, if one goes in, had to close the door to be able to access the toilet as it blocked the way. We felt, we could not stay there and ruin our new year's Eve. On the way back downstairs, I almost fell down as the stairs not adequate. Unfortunately, I was so stressed and in a rush to find a different place and get out, that I forgot to take a picture. This ruined our plans for new year in Bath.
