Perfect place to relax in and from where to see Bath.

Great location. Very short walk to Roman Baths. Excellent breakfast - fresh and delicious. Lovely hosts - kind and thoughtful.

Excellence all round! Thank you so much!

The location is close to a large park, a pub that serves delicious meals with easy access to town even for a person with mobility issues. Having a code for the door made our late arrival very easy. The staff are very welcoming and service-minded. The breakfast is excellent and nicely presented. The B&B seem to have guests who return and really enjoy their stay. We rate this place highly and would return.

Amazing stay!

The location was in a very calm area but close to the centre. The room was clean and very comfortable with all the facilities listed. The staff were all friendly, helpful and nice. The food was absolutely excellent! Toni cooked an amazing breakfast for us and was so kind to put some delicious Belgian chocolate in our room when he found out it was my husband's birthday! The whole experience was absolutely perfect!! We will come back to visit again!!

Highly recommend

The double room was bigger than I expected - nice bathroom and comfy bed. I could park my car so that gave me piece of mind, and it's only a 10 min walk from the centre. The hosts were so lovely and gave me directions to where I was heading for my work's Christmas party. I'll definitely rebook here when I'm next staying in Bath, hopefully stay longer next time.
