Location, staff, food excellent

Aircon not on& only a small heater in the room, none in the bathroom.Water did not drain in room402. Previous visits were a better experience regarding the room.

Staff were smiley.

Some of self service fresh breakfast supplies were not promptly replenished. We didn't have time to ask.

Its just lovely, weve stayed there maybe 5 times now and really enjoy the rooms, the bar, we didnt have food this time but the food is always great and the staff are always friendly. And the location is great, right by town and an easy train ride into London.

Would highly recommend.

Always a lovely place to stay with beautiful walks along the Thames and close to a train for a quick trip into Central London. The pub is excellent with friendly staff and good food.

Hotel is quaint, friendly and in great location. Great as also walking distance to Rose Theatre and the town.

Cosy and friendly

Sadly heating was broken and we were not informed of this. Sadly our room was only one that had not been left with a portable radiator. Staff were apologetic in however and took off drinks tab. A grateful touch.
