It was a trip to surprise my family. And I enjoyed my stay , the hotel staff, even the restaurant/bar staff was amaz

Across the street from the Long Beach Theater. And the Christmas lights. It was lovely

The cost of parking. But I understand since it is shared with some businesses at times

Disappointing price increase.

Bright and open reception, good location

Hidden fees in the cost, what I paid at booking.com then had extra fees at check out despite price quoted including all fees and taxes. Beware the hotel were very unhelpful when this was raised.
