The Hyatt Regency Long Beach exceeded expectations with its extraordinary service and top-notch hospitality. The hotel's prime location provided easy access to local attractions and restaurants. Whil (Read More)e the in-house restaurant had a limited menu, it did not detract from the overall experience. Some minor issues included a firm bed and tricky shower controls. The staff was praised for their friendliness and helpfulness. Overall, guests enjoyed their stay and would consider booking again in the future.

Good view

Nice view, great food in the lobby.

Housekeeping dropped the ball on our room. They repeatedly did not make up our room during our 6 night stay. Even when we asked for service we came back to a dirty room. The shower didn't drain. The room was very small.

Food poisoning

Manager of food personally brought up some medication to help with stomach discomfort and drinks for us . Even made us tea..

Ended up getting food poisoning from the marketplace they have from their Chicken panini both my husband and I. Ended up booking another night because we were so sick and had to cancel our plans to go to Disneyland. The bed is hard and uncomfortable. Not the vacation I expected.

Overall it was good for one night stay.

Room was modern and very clean

One of the room chairs was broken and the heat in the room did not work, staff had to bring space heater.

overall a good experience. Pretty pricey for one night.

Hotel amazing however I am local and I did not expect to have to pay a destination fee. It seems a little bit bizarre when you have a California ID and you live 3 miles away I was caught offguard by that payment.

Superb

a very convenient location when you visit Long Beach

The best of all is the location. THE hotel is very close to the Shoreline Aquatic park and Aquarium of the Pacific. You can have a splendid morning walk in the park before aquarium opens. You can also drive along to nearby beaches. It is close to a lot of restaurants and shops too. Everywhere is within walkable distances. Hotel staff are very friendly and a little "market" in the lobby is quite convenient for you to grab a bite and some refreshments.

It was perfect. The only bad thing was that we didnt get to stay long enough lol

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the employees were great!! They went above and beyond with helping my daughter and I get comfortable and share knowledge about the surrounding restaurants and attractions. It was wonderful
