Great location and 15 min drive to the cruise terminal. The staff was friendly and the hotel was located in close proximity to shops and restaurants.

Paying for parking but that's typical in a downtown location.

THE A FRONT DESK STAFF MEMBER! She was condescending, rude, disrespectful, and rather than help us problem-solve our issue she gave us nothing but pushback and negativity.

I loved the room and the view in downtown Long Beach great stay an great staff, would possibly be back again

The only thing I really didn't like was getting in the elevator, was scared it would break down got anxious going up and down

It was clean

No coffee available except in the early am and only regular coffee. No decaf coffee and no tea. Cost us $5.00 for coffee and yet no decaf. Had to get at the bar so we needed to tip. Coffee was $3.99
