Staff were very accommodating. When we arrived after our long journey, our room was not ready, staff showed us to the VIP room, which has a shower, etc, so you can freshen up. We also received a Christmas stocking feom the hotel on Christmas day.

Up there with the best 5* hotels

Great staff- welcomed with a cup of hot chocolate and quick checkin. New decor and spacious common areas and rooms. Bathrooms marbled and perfect with sunflower shower and White Tea shampoo/ soap. Everything from rooms to bedlinen to foyer is aromatic

Mosaic restaurant wasnt a great menu for lunch- limited and overpriced for what it was

It was comfortable& pleasant

Ambience. Clean property, friendly staff. I had a problem regarding an interconnected room that was very resolved by Duty Manager Andre & a lady manager (im sorry I cant recall the name)

Room service/ House keeping was delayed. Atleast had to make 2 calls before service delivered.
