The front desk staff and breakfast at The Westin Cleveland Downtown are great. The hotel is well-run, despite being an older property. However, the valet service is not great and there is no luggage (Read More)valet service, making it a bit difficult to get from the curb to the room. The rooms are comparable to 2.5 or 3-star hotels, but the bathroom is nice and well-equipped. The lack of a microwave in the room was surprising. The hotel has beautiful lobby decor, the beds are comfortable, and the location is convenient. The parking situation is expensive and inconvenient. The rooms are clean, but there were some issues with the air vent. The gym is large and well-equipped. Overall, the staff is friendly and the hotel is recommended for its cleanliness and service.

Very good

The next morning when we checked out, the young lady was helpful and courteous. The day we checked in was when we found out, no cash accepted. That would have been nice to know before we checked in. Also my room rate went from $232 to $298, no explanation of why? Ask for a print out. Got it, no explanation why?

Our neighbor was loud and partied until about 1:30 am.

Superb

I would suggest this particular location kin in on individual room cleanliness.

The front desk staff , whom checked me in (I forgot her name ) was professional, empathetic and kind.

My particular room wasnt the tidiest. My bathroom had hair in the shower. Which is assumed it wasnt clean properly. The bed had empty plastic water bottles underneath.

It was okay

Valet was quick & easy. The lobby is beautiful. The front desk lady was very nice but she didn't check me in, another man did & he was hard to understand.

The carpet in the halls & room smells outdated. The shower is a partial door so when showering the water goes all over the floor & there was also some cracking in the tile & caulking. The bed wasn't very comfortable.

Very good

Enjoyed our stay and would happily come back if in Cleveland again in the future.

Staff were incredibly friendly and we loved their good nature and willingness to always be helpful. The valet parking service were incredibly helpful as well. Food in the restaurant was fantastic.

Water pressure in the shower was low.
