Cleveland Never Disappoints! Thank you Hilton!

We loved the holiday decor from the lobby to the staircase to the restaurants! Beautifully done! So appreciated!

There was absolutely nothing to find fault with. The staff was exceptional! From the front desk to the waitstaff, to the hostesses, to the store clerks, to the valet. Everyone was so pleasant and accommodating.

Location & Quality, but...

Location is excellent after a Browns night game. Style, comfort, quality all top notch.

Our room wasn't ready until nearly 8 pm. Reservation was made months ago, we arrived at 3, other family members checked in just before we did. I would've taken another room that wasn't a lake view. What we finally got was just partial. Annoying when lots of people checked in behind us. We surely didn't get the last double queen room. Hotel did give us a small credit for the wait.

Approximity to venues of interest.

Waiting for over 3 hours when we were supposed to check in. Instructions on self Peking could have been more adequately described, especially during busy events.

The hotel was nice.

The hotel was way overbooked and our room wasnt ready until 630pm! There was a long line for the elevator. Need to be able to handle the volume...ruined our plans!

Less than desirable

Due to a systemic error my card was charged twice, the next day I was to that Id been locked out of my room due to no method of payment being on file, I then had to pay for the stay for a third time.. the approved holds will take 10 business days to fall off causing financial inconvenience..I was not offered any form of compensation for my dismay and Clint was very defensive as though the mishap was somehow my fault.. my overall experience was less than satisfactory and nothing like the Hilton experience Im used to

Disappointing

It was an okay experience, but for a supposedly five star hotel I believe things should be better.

The downstairs area was beautiful and the wall was pretty, but other than that we had a lot of problems.

We had bites on our skin. There was dust everywhere in the room. I felt like we were treated like children instead of adults. I did not like how the covers were not cleaned properly.

Perfection in Cleveland

Amazing customer service. Our bell man was fantastic & assisted my daughter & I to our room. He was kind & professional. The restaurant food was impeccable. We got the steak fries, wedge salad & finished with their decadent ice cream & creme brulee. Easy walk to the square. Valet was easy & quick.

That the trip had to end.

There was a cockroach in our bathroom. I went to the front desk and explained the situation and was told security needed to come investigate. They came to the room, confirmed it was indeed a cockroach and told me I should absolutely be compensated for this. I went back downstairs with security and they said a full refund couldnt be issued because I booked through a 3rd party. I am requesting Booking.com to contact me about this issue to resolve it.

Very clean, modern facilities. The restaurant was great and the service was excellent. Everything was decorated for Christmas and it looked beautiful. We'll definitely stay here again when we're in Cleveland.
