Loved it & would definitely come back!

Loved the location, lobby was gorgeous, loved the room & decor everywhere. Staff was helpful, personable & friendly. Dinner at Betts was delicious! The shower was sooo good!

The view from our room was walls of another building, so we didnt even get any daylight. I also wouldve loved a bit brighter lights, particularly in the bathroom. But this is nitpicking.

The elevators didnt work consistently and the heat A/C didnt adjust properly.

Great rates and great beds

The bed was extremely comfortable and valet was super friendly. The shower had great pressure and temp, but only half a door? Anyway, there was so much water on the actual bathroom floor we needed extra towels. Overall though the location is pretty good unless there's any event; or two! Worth the price and the valet definitely makes it easy to get some parking with everything within walking distance.

I stayed there for a week and had some incidents with the staff. Either there was no service or the staff was really rud

Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean.

Funky cool hotel that was clean and comfortable.

The hotel was super cool. We loved everything about it. The beds were extremely comfortable. We loved the lobby and the coffee was incredible. It was close to a great diner and a gourmet grocery store.

I cannot understate how valuable it is to have reliably dog friendly hotels like the Kimotons. This one in Cleveland was exceptional with great rooms, patio and bar centrally located. We loved it

Nice hotel and great location, ask for room amenities when you check in.

Great location, clean, and staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is nice overall and has a great location and restaurant, but for the price I thought there would be more included in the room like coffee, water, robes etc,. I found out later that you can ask for those items.
