It was a good experience

Location is perfect!

My bed did not have a power outlet to charge my cell phone, they promised me an extension the day I communicated but they did not provide me.

Very good

Pretty clean, except some toilets, nice location. 10 min to westminster bridge, close to metro and bus stop.

No lift, locker in the room was almost broken. Light in rooms and shower room was weak

Very warm and cozy

A beautiful decoration and a really sweat staff. The breakfast was cheap and really fine and the rooms were safe and calm and everybody was respectful.

We didnt stay for a very long time so we dont have any reclamations

Very central location, friendly staff, easy check in process

In my recent hostel stay, I faced significant issues with the heating system. It consistently turned off automatically, leading to a sore throat and a cold. Requesting assistance through WhatsApp or repeatedly asking staff for adjustments caused unnecessary delays. Additionally, the lack of cleanliness in common areas, especially the door handles over my 5-day stay, raised concerns about hygiene. The unchanged bed linen during the last two nights contributed to an overall uncomfortable experience.

Poor

Wouldnt stay again

It is a 5 min walk to the London Eye/Big Ben. It has a bus stop right at the front door and the bar is really cool. The staff was really nice as well.

Almost everything. Sheets were dirty, the heating was never on and you had to ask everyday for it to be turned on, sometimes theyd turn it on and then off throughout the night. We stayed 4 days and 3 of those days THERE WAS NO HOT WATER to shower. When asked about this, there were no actual stuff to help out, just a guy who was nice enough to try and help but no actual answer or solution was given.
