I Like the Ambience of the Hotel Rooms were Clean and good

The reception staff seems to be little rude on the check out day and Ive booked for 2 adults every 4 rooms and when I arrived they told me the booking Is only for 1 adult for 2 rooms and they charged me extra for that and The food rates are also very high and the taste is not good as they charge for it And the staff of hotel is Unprofessional for Hotel like The Ummed

I am not going to stay in this hotel, even oyo could be better than this

Nothing gr8 except location is near airport so if you are in transit that's the only advantage of the hotel.

I booked this hotel because I was in transit and as my flight got late I had to check-in after mid night with my kids, at check-in counter of hotel he wasn't prepared for our arrival and even people who came after us he was giving same priority then I asked for extra bed for one of my kid and I paid to him and requested for quick action as we were tired and sleepy. I entered the room went to shower and there was no shampoo, asked room service 5 times and all times he bought something else and finally he came with 1 last small piece of shampoo bottle after 40 minutes that to I had to scold him in between of shower. And the extra bed, it was just mattress with so bad condition that no one even step on it. I complained to receptionist and room service but no hope. Finally I spent more than an hour in this and slept without extra bed, which was very bad. And yes I expected atleast breakfast would be good, but the taste and service was hopeless. Staff was not attentive and few of them was eating while serving......

Unexpectedly good

Unexpectedly excellent hotel. Very unassuming on Booking.com so we had not expected it to be very good. Were only there overnight so decided to book the only hotel which looked good near the airport. Breakfast was an excellent adequate spread

Breakfast staff is just disappointing everytime without fail.

Great Hotel , beautiful rooms and everything is just perfect

Staff training is certainly concern. Have stayed 4-5 times in last 6 months . Reception staff is very flat ,no smile , just not matching with standard of Hotel . Breakfast staff and manager both are disappointing each and every time without fail. Manager behaviour is like he is frustrated and not paid since long. Staff is rude and trying to avoid orders anyhow . Happens each and every time .
