A must for everyone!

The receptionist Enya was super nice! She definitely made the welcome memorable. As I had come from a previous hotel where the standards were well below par! I checked in for 25mins and left. Then came to The Stratford. The facilities are excellent. The room was clean and had everything you needed. I loved the info being on the iPad and the radio, so I could take this in the bathroom with me. The speakers so I could connect up my own sounds. Good minibar selection. And the bed!!! I could have stayed in there all night! I will definitely be coming back for a little Home from home getaway for the weekend. And this time will sample the bar and restaurant which I am sure will be excellent as well!

Very Pleasant until the trains start running

The room was spacious enough and clean. The overall aesthetics was pleasing and reminded me of some past trips to Sweden due to the Nordic touch.

I could hear the trains passing and this woke me up. There was also a lack of an amenity kit for the bathroom; for a hotel at this price point, one would expect an amenity kit. Ear plugs would have been useful as trains can be heard.

The bed is comfortable and big and the room is quite spacious.

The decor is quite boring and grey. Annoying beeping from the AC during the night. The wi-fi is very slow. Very limited tv channels and room entertainment.

Large room . Excellent facilities. Quiet heating/ air con. Superb lighting. Lived the way the light came on to guide to bathroom

Bar/breakfast roll and coffee service a little slow to take order but then arrived quickly.
