    Downtown hotel, clean, friendly staff close to restaurants and amenities.
    The room was clean and staff were friendly and accommodating.
    It would have been nice if the terrace and sound room were open later, until maybe 12am. With the understanding that we arrived later in the evening as well.

    A very pleasant stay, with attentive and helpful staff.
    `Location was very convenient for us - easy to get to off the I5, and a short Uber ride away from our evening destination. Room very comfortable
    Breakfast was a little disappointing for a hotel of this quality. No parking on-site but available within a block. View from the 6th floor limited (other buildings)

    The Sound Hotel is super cool and welcoming. The staff are friendly and are super helpful with info on things to do in Seattle. The lobby is small but packs a punch, there is seating for lounging and also an open concept store with various snack items and drinks for purchase - it's great! Anything from water to sodas to alcoholic beverages to local chocolated, cheeses and crisps. The rooms are spacious and the furnishing are modern, cool and comfy. There is a sitting area with small table for meals or working or just to hang. The bed is very comfortable. I loved the bathroom, again it was roomy and styling was slick. The in-house restaurant is solid. I had the chicken club and also breakfast and both were good.

    Loved the room, the bed and pillows were super comfy. Gustav the front desk clerk was very nice and funny, we loved everything about the place and will definitely be staying there again.

    Overpriced and disappointing. Pay $100 more to stay at fairmont for a much better time.

    Clean property walking distance from attractions.
    Overbooked so we couldnt extend our stay. Once we booked somewhere else the day we were leaving they told us we could extend our stay.
