Wonderful downtown hotel

Amazing value! The location was wonderful. It's very close to the art institute and the Millennium Park. Tons of restaurants and shopping nearby, and only a 20-min walk to Ogilvie station. I will say though, because of its proximity to the L, the train can be a bit loud. I requested to be placed in the back of the building, and it was very quiet, so if it bothers you, make sure you request it. Otherwise, extremely clean and spacious. The staff was very courteous.

great location, great staff but very small beds.

spacious room. friendly helpful staff. fantastic location.

the double beds were way too small. two people could not sleep in the bed so as there were three of us, one of us had to sleep on the sofa. also the room was very hot and we couldnt turn the heating down.

A perfect stay in a lovely hotel, with staff who couldnt be more helpful. We will definitely be back.

A lovely spacious room which was mostly clean. I did see a few spots that had been overlooked. The staff was outstanding, extremely friendly and very very helpful. The young man who checked us in was delightful. The bar area was perfect and the location was excellent. The train runs directly outside the hotel and could possibly be noisy for front facing rooms but this was most certainly not a problem for us.

Basics were good - would probably stay again.

Convenient location and nice appearance, including rooms. Valet and registration people were very personable.

Restaurant had limited hours, bar didnt open until 3pm - no where to get any drinks. Bar was out of everything chocolate on Monday and still had not replenished supply by Wednesday. Even restaurant was out of hot chocolate.
