Very good

The room was small, so I had to upgrade to a suite. The parking was a little tricky;

I liked the size of the suite; the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was big, and it included a jacuzzi.

I think for the price, complimentary breakfast should be included, at least cereal, fruit, and bagels. I wouldn't say I liked the checkout time. It should be between 12 pm-2 pm; usually, when someone stays at a hotel, it's a getaway.

The location is nice, river north. Lots of restaurants. The gym was nice. The pool was nice.

They dont have no microwave nor fridge.

Very good

Breakfast credit 50 bucks is really good - with the credit you can access the resto/bar on the ground floor and the food is very nice.

Interior design looks like it's still in 90s... and it's very dark, the color of the carpet is way too obsolete. Time for some changes/renewal

Passable

Much room for improvement.

The size of the room was good. Toilet was working well, shower worked with strong water pressure.

The room was dusty and did not get cleaned during our stay except for the toilet. Room had no view, just the windows of the contiguous building. There was no bellman to assist upon arrival or departure. Not a place to stay if you have elderly travelling with you.

Location and staff are excellent!

The staff was very welcoming. Restaurant was convenient and service was top notch. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was excellent! Close to all major eateries and shopping.

Restaurant was a bit pricy.

Very good and great staff with some big negatives.

Great location, just watch out for the non-stop fire engines at the station just a block away. Would be a problem for light sleepers. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Very clean throughout. Restaurant was pretty good too. Didnt have breakfast as there are numerous places nearby.

Paid extra for a room with a city view, did not have one. My friend didnt pay and had a stellar view, I oversaw a parking garage. Was given a room with disability access, and I am not. Because of this there were zero chairs in the room, had to go to my friends room to sit down and chill. The heating was constantly on and could not be turned off, its a central control that controls all the rooms together and not individual ones, so no chance to turn it down. Fire engines blaring at least 3 times in the late night/early morning.

Disappointing

The views of the city were not so good when it was supposed to be the citys view room, also they said the breakfast was included in the reservation and they just give you 50 credit to spend in the restaurant instead to be all the breakfast included
