Poor

There's no such thing as Hospitality anymore.

The location was perfect. Right off Burbon Street.

This was our anniversary vacation. Such a crappy stay at this hotel. Sort of a mini honeymoon. Which the front desk knew that was the reason for our trip. The ceiling in our bathroom had a massive leak overnight. We woke up to a flooded bathroom counter and floor. Which got all over our toothbrushes, ruined a $50 flat iron and $50 curling iron, and some toiletries that we brought. The staff was not sympathetic, showed no concern to move us to another room. The front desk seemed put out by the issue. My main problem is that they did not reimburse us for the damages to our items. (They said they would) I want to know why we were not paid for our items when it is clearly the hotel's fault.

Disappointing

Bell service was superb and front desk too but for one lady I called the day before to ask about possible upgrade. The cleaning workers on floor 4 were extremely noisy and did not respond positively to my nice pleading to be quiet so we could sleep in the morning

Cockroaches in room with rude staff

Good location on Bourbon street

The hotel was dirty with cockroaches in the room. When we reported this to reception the staff were rude and unhelpful and didnt seem bothered whatsoever, they didnt even apologise

Conveniently located to the sights and sounds of the French Quarter if youre looking to be part of the action.

Beautiful building/lobby! Comfortable bed.

Service was inconsistent. The valet/bell staff were fantastic, but other requests went unanswered. Rooms are small / bathroom is a little dated. Noise level from the street is a bit much at night. Both the room size and the noise are understandable given the age and location of the building, but both would influence my decision to stay there again.

Great Location but important to take an inside room if you want to avoid the noise

Room was situated on the inner courtyard with na balcony which was nice

A lot of homeless, trash and drugs Outside of building. was notified on day 2 that we needed to notify them the day before that. We needed to have our room clean there for missed days.
