The Windsor Court is highly recommended for its large, clean and comfortable rooms. The staff is incredibly helpful and provides excellent service. The hotel itself is beautiful with a lovely courtya (Read More)rd and well-maintained facilities. Guests were impressed by the exceptional service they received, even when they had a problem with a different hotel. The club level rooms and amenities such as breakfast and tea service were highly praised. Overall, it was a wonderful and pleasant experience.

Delightful in every way

Everything about this hotel was delightful. The hotel itself is like stepping back in time to an elegant age. Perfect location to all attractions in New Orleans. Bell staff and concierge were very friendly and helpful. It was our first time in New Orleans so we had several questions. Every level of comfort was met. The intimacy of a boutique hotel with all amenities of a larger hotel. On site parking was also very helpful. This will definitely be our go to hotel for any future NOLA stays.

Loved so much about the hotel but ask they sort out the housekeeping.

Location and overall ambience

Housekeeping was very poor. Not just once but every day. One day they didnt even service the room. A whole catalogue of disasters albeit Cara the duty manager did her best to make amends. The housekeeping system definitely needs reviewing.

A wonderful hhotel - everything was perfect!

This hotel knows what service is. Every single employee was pleasant and helpful.

Club level lounge closes too early. Should be open until 10:00pm not 9:00pm.

Nice conveniently located stay with great staff and views

Great location walkable to the French quarter! Valet parking, friendly and very helpful staff. Clean comfortable rooms and great view.

The in room dining food options were overpriced for the quality but its the easier choice often times rather than getting your car out of valet and trying to drive in the city. My advice is to bring snacks and walk to food locations.
