Not as pictured or described. Not a good value.

location was close but not too close to Bourbon Street and French Quarter.

Not able to reach front desk, concierge, or spa by phone. Had to always to the desk to get information. Spa price was high and not commensurate with services rendered. Area very noisy at night. Thin walls; heard couple arguing next door around 2 am. Seems to be a gathering place for people not staying at the property to come and take photos of themselves in their Christmas outfits and Christmas lights. Noisy and hard to navigate the foyer with all the foot traffic from people not staying at the property. Might present a safety hazard.

Wonderful experience thanks to Mr Eschamel. My Wedding Anniversary was superb and lovely.

bed linens, comfy mattress and pillows...and the BATHTUB!

I wish the room was tiled floors instead of carpet for allergies.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff was wonderful.

Great options. Whole family enjoyed.

Valet parking was very busy when we arrived so we self parked in the lot across the street. The employees of that lot are corrupt and were running a scam that required us to pay cash upon entering. We then also had to pay as we left. They are stealing from both their patrons as well as their employer.

Excellent stay.

The place was beautiful. The decorations were awesome, and the staff was excellent.

There was food stuck to the bottom of the couch bed when we popped it out. My 11 month old grabbed a piece and ate it. The check in process took 45 minutes. The air conditioner in the bedroom portion of the luxury king suite did not work. The living room was 68 degrees all night, but the bedroom wouldn't cool below 74 degrees.

Loved the mini bar. Loved the Holiday decorations in the lobby. The staff at every level exceeded expectations in every way. Weve stayed at The Roosevelt many times, and this brief one-day stay was our all time favorite.

The location and decorations.

In room internet did not work nor did it get fixed. When it would have worked it was unsecured so pretty useless. Cost was high for not getting something so basic.

A beautiful icon that could use sone staff training.

The Christmas decorations in the lobby were spectacular. The bed was wonderful and the sitting area in our suite was comfortable.

The bathroom in our suite was so small that you couldn't close the door without squeezing between the sink and the wall. A large person couldn't use it. Our room was not made up by mid afternoon and we had to badger guest services to get it done both days. Cigarette butts littered the steps to the lobby.
