Very good

Great place, not great value for money but very stylish and clean.

Stylish. Very comfy beds. Very clean.

The hygiene products in the bathrooms were poor quality. No shower caps or mini toothbrushes. Body wash/soap left a greasy feeling. Pretty high price for the time of year (nearly 200 per night in January). No pool or gym on-site, you have to go to a sister hotel about a block away and use their pool, thats a hassle.

Lovely mini break in heart of Killarney

Lovely modern hotel and room was fabulous.

Parking is across the street in Killarney walk while ok as we only went as a couple but big problem if youve kids as busy road

Good location but too expensive for the hassle of the place.

Nice looking hotel, good location

Price. So expensive to stay here. Booked a double double room as it was advertised for girly getaways, arrived as a group of 4 girls and was charged an extra 100e as apparently I had only booked for two guests, I did not see the number of guests anywhere when I was booking so assumed the price was for the room which would fit 4 people anyway. Night porter wasn't willing to let one of our group into the hotel on the night when some of us came home separately, even though we had to pay an EXTRA 50euro per person on arrival. Little bit of advice to reception - take the names of every paying guest in the room, not just the lead guest as nobody else will be left in with the detective on the door if they come home separately at night.

Exceptional

Spotless, really comfortable and a lovely hotel. Staff were very helpful and an ideal location for touring Killarney town.

The price was extreme for one night. I get it was a BH weekend but the pricing in general for people to holiday in Ireland is extortionate and not practical.

Great hotel. Great staff. Fantastic location

Arrived after along day of driving. The staff couldnt have been more helpful showing us where to park the car etc. Then to top it off they gave us a room upgrade. The room we had was the most spacious and comfy room we had during our entire stay.

We couldnt find fault with our experience at the Ross.
