Wonderful Christmas break in an outstanding hotel!

Superb location with easy access to the Marina Bay Gardens and plenty more. Promenade metro station five minutes walking distance, covered all the way from the elements. Multiple malls within walking distance. Easy access to everything you want to see, from Sentosa island to Orchard Road and to the zoo and everything in between. 20-25 minutes from the aiport by taxi. We had rooms facing the bay and the Sands hotel - easily one of the best views I've had from any hotel. Staff are excellent, breakfast is superb and finally a gym that could easily be a commercial facility. Great selection of free weights, cardio and weight machines. It does not come cheap but you get what you pay for.

Spacious comfortable room close to shops at marina bay

The lobby lounge. The raspberry cake is pure bliss.

Breakfast could have been more sumptuous and generous with a A$70 per person price. Pastries are not fresh. Limited choice of fruit. Bacon is of poor quality. Local Singaporean breakfast items are ordinary.

Disappointing

Was short but very frustrating , left feeling tired and definitely not value for money

The location

The service was terribly slow . Tea alone took 30 mins . The amenities were always missing , basic things like cups .No decent food is available after hours . The in room dining had like 10 items in it . Thai was seriously the worst .
