Overall, we had a great stay with some minor inconveniences!

The condo was extremely spacious and clean! The bathroom was huge. Check in was super easy and the staff was friendly. Really great location close to the Biltmore Estate and downtown Asheville. I enjoyed having a balcony. Price was reasonable.

We couldnt get the TV in the living room to work. There werent any blankets in the unit for the pullout couch. One of the lights in the kitchen flickered when we tried to turn it on.

Very poor

The room was poor and the service was not great.

The bedroom was in a poor state, the door frames and near area looked unclean and pait was peeling off. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and is in need fo replacement as the springs are no longer able to provide support for a grown man. The sofa bed was not made up and so I had to call for sheets and then had to make the bed myself. The sofa bed was right at the end of the main bed which I have never experienced in all my years of travel. I have stayed at this establishment multiple times and have introduced it to friends and family in the past. This was a very poor experience , so much so that I will look elsewhere on my next trip to the Biltmore Estate.

This place has good potential but does not live up to the score it was given and the amenities that were nonexistent. I

It was close enough to the highlights.

False representation! There is no gas fireplace!! It is a picture screened on a wall of flames. The sofa bed is a chair- no sheets or blanket to sleep on it - and none available for the first night. Couldnt find any! Not enough parking for the number of units late night.

I lost track of time staying there!!

I loved that we were in the last section of the building and it was very lovely and the area is extremely quiet too! One thing to remember is if you're on the lower level and someone who has children or walks heavily, you will hear every single footstep but that does not bother me at all. Great for a quick getaway or if you need some alone time!! A bonus for me was that it was less than 10 minutes from the Biltmore!! Lastly, the duration of our time there was from Monday to Friday and the price point was great for the length of our stay.

The Bathtub jacuzzi did not work in the room we stayed in. It was a little disappointing but nothing to complain about!!

Exceeded our expectations as well as the price for the room so close to the Biltmore.

On the day we were leaving, Dec. 14th 2023, we went out to pack our car. Realized the battery in our rental car was dead. Not only that, we were locked out of our car. Went back to our room to call the rental agency towing company as it was 10am and we had another hour before check out. The key card no longer worked. Standing out in the cold, no cell as it was in the room, husband had to walk all around to the front office to find out what happened while he waited in line for the others' with the same problem while I stood out in the cold for a good 15 minutes. Apparently there was a problem with other clients who's key cards didn't work. They extended an extra hour {noon} until checkout. Meantime my husband explained the situation we had with our car and they were very understanding giving us extra time to get assistance. Unfortunately due to the rental agency towing company getting the wrong address, cancelling the order for a good hour or so, while we waitied in the room until approximately after 1pm. The staff knocked on the door to clean the room and surprised we were there. We told them to go ahead and start cleaning while we waited for the rental agency correct the issue. Finally, management called and spoke to my husband saying they would have to charge us a half day due to still being there. This was never mentioned to my husband when he went over to get the key card straightened out. Granted it wasn't the office's fault, nor was it our's for the delay, but there was no reason why the manager was so rude, and insisted they were going to charge us. We haveour credit card bil yet to see if they indeed charge us for half a day, but we plan on disputing it.

Great location, Nice looking room ! Very Noisy and unclean bathrooms!

I loved the location. The place was located very close to the blue ridge area and also the downtown area.

When we first arrived to the room, the floor and carpet was extremely dirty. The refrigerator still had groceries from the previous guest ( spoiled milk , old vegetables , etc.). The shower and tub were not cleaned and had hair from previous guests, which was extremely disgusting. Keep in mind that you will hear absolutely every sound possible from the upstairs room (Flushing toilets , shower running, talking and walking).
