Valet is friendly, no breakfast room service was a let down.

Valet was super friendly, shout out to Nate or Nathan,

Queen size bed in a Mayo Signature Suite, bed was like an old spring mattress- very firm, was most disappointed was no room service for breakfast. When paying this much for a room at a hotel that has room service but not during the breakfast hours on the weekend? We had breakfast at this location before but they told us they stopped doing it since Covid. Unfortunately, due to all this we will not be staying at the Mayo again.

Need room service til at least midnight.a restaurant that is open for all mealsgift shop with some basic needs..(ie: toiletries and basic items like hairbrushes, toothbrushes, toothpaste, meds etc

Hotel is in a great location and has spacious rooms however less than exceptional experience.

Location

Some amenities limited or not available ( restaurant & lounge. ) Staff seemed ambivalent as booking was 3 rd party. 0345 trash weekday trash collection in alley below room very noisy/disruptive.

Fabulous stay in an exquisite hotel

Beautiful hotel! Lovely room and amenities. The staff truly made our stay. We could not have asked for more attentive care, including from the general manager!

Room could have stood a bit more light in the seating area.
