Istanbul is a city that doesn't sleep. Be prepared for nighttime noise which even good double glazing can't prevent.

This hotel was the Worst Experience of our Life!!
Staff was good.
Was the worst experience in my life.
1) The air conditioning was centralized and was too hot and made my full family sick.
2) They had a disc on the top floor which made loud noise till 2:00 am
We just could not sleep nor take rest.
Will not recommend for anyone to go through this painful experience.

room - very small, seems like the hotel is trying to make space and so is reducing the size of existing rooms. the bathrooms especially toilet is tiny. there is no washer in the toilet, it is installed within the seat which not too hygienic in my opinion. need to improve on this.

The room and bathroom were too small
Front office desk (reception) need to be friendlier and more helpful - they come across as rude (some not all).
The rooms need to be cleaned better - we found food residue on the floor and dust between the beds.
If these change the experience would definitely be better and get the value for money.
