I loved that it was so central to everything in LA. Openaire restaurant and the bar downstairs were a major plus. I liked the view of our room as well. 7th floor was a great floor to stay on. Very friendly staff. Super clean rooms. Loved the water pressure in the shower! the 24 hour valet was great. Very friendly staff.

Comfortable stay; a home away from home.
I love how clean the rooms are. The hotel is located well ( in Koreatown) which is central to all of my travel needs inside of Los Angeles. The staff is friendly and accommodating as well.
The last couple times I ordered room service, the food seemed to have been prepped way before serving; the food quality has definitely decreased since my initial visits to the property, which is a shame. Also I wish the beds had an extra layer of padding ( I do not remember the beds /mattresses being this uncomfortable before).I didnt like the fact that the coffee place in the lobby closes so early! Would be great if it were open until 8 pm .

The hotel is unique.
The location was hard to find and on a busy street. I didn't like that valet is only available and cost per day to park your car is overpriced.
