Exceptional

Great place and location - we had the best time and would definitely return!

Breakfast was not included but The Delaunay Counter around the corner had terrific food and excellent coffee! When our TV didn't work, we were moved to a larger suite without hesitation. People on reception were friendly and helpful. The location is what attracted us in the first place - so easy to get to everything from here. We highly recommend this accommodation to other travellers!

Worth the stay!

Bed was very comfortable, location on a quieter area with Holborn station on the same street just 5min away. Close to Covent Garden Market! Would definitely stay here again

Bathroom a bit small, not much place to leave your stuff in there .

Brilliant location. Good size apartment. Reception were very helpful and friendly

Room was very dark and no view, pictures give impression that there are trees outside and we looked out into a rather dismal courtyard

Great spot, do not set your expectations too high

Excellent location for a XMas break Clean and spacious above aveage in London on this price bracket

do not expect all rooms to have a real window outside view ; clearly price vs view dont match ; some issues on room heating , but staff was helpful
