Extra ordinary service , very pleasant stay, great food , and best place for a break

The service was good . They treat you so well they make you feel home and want to stay more extraordinary customer service

We needed an hour of extension as a friend wanted to deliver something at our place. They refused , it was 2 days before new years so its understandable still a little help there would have been nice .

Excellent hotel that lives up to its name.

The location, the service, the facilities: big sized swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, valet services, the breakfast spread. Pretty much everything.

It got a bit crowded and noisy sometimes.

Disappointing and would not stay again

The property itself is beautiful

The reservation itself. I booked for 4 people which includes 3 adults and 1 child who is 12. Because my son is 12 years and 1 month they made us book a whole new room and charged us. The hotel has policies that are said by employees but not in the books or you dont see at the time of reservation. It is ridiculous that they did that. Would not stay again in this hotel chain

The cost is too high.. in booking.com it showed something like 22k but when we checked it they charged 26k stating that with the gsd Also they are considering 6+ above kids as adults which is really disappointing...
