    Fabulous.
    Super location, great rooms, Sassetta Restaurant fabulous but what made our trip so memorable and special was the staff especially Jon Paul Barnes. Such a wonderful person. He went above and beyond to make us feel truly welcome and special. Hes a real standout for the hotel and really made our 10 day trip with the family for Christmas a truly memorable one.

    Wonderful. Especially the staff.
    Great location. Comfortable room but the staff are the ones who make it extra special. Jon Paul Barnes made our trip extra special. He was so attentive and so thoughtful. Hes an absolute Star. The Joule is lucky to have him.

    This hotel should not be rated as 5 Star when you cannot deliver 5 star hotel requests from customer
    Location of property is good and restaurant CBD is also very good food and good customer service
    Our customer service was very rude and disappointing all of our standard general requests weren't met. They were not able to refund the stay we had in an additional booking or make some kind of gesture as to provide any compensation for that. We requested to upgraded to a bigger room and they were also unable to do that.

    Amazing Staff, Incredible Hotel that is Perfectly Situated in Downtown Dallas
    I loved the People, Art Work and the Restaurant
    The only negative was that the path to the pool was closed. I wasnt going to swim, but wanted to see what it looked like. Having said that, this is sooo very tiny minor a concern

    Drab room and very expensive
    The solo room was very dark, and impossible to put on make up ! One of the days I returned to my room at 4.30 and the room had not been serviced I had to go down to the desk to complain. Wait an hour before I was able to rest.
    The dark room ! Throughly depressing not one I would stay in again ! Or recommend

    Overall it was very disappointing stay at this hotel.
    Location was perfect! CBD restaurant breakfast was delicious!
    Customer Service was rude and bad and every request we had wasn't able to accommodate. While being a 5 star hotel it shouldn't be if they cannot meet the requirements of customers expecting top notch high end 5 star rating.

    Nice modern hotel with small rooms and $50 parking
    Very nice staff and the room was very clean
    The room was very small and did not have a coffee setup or ice machines on the floor. Also the parking was $50
