Disappointing

A Glorified, Expensive Hostel

Its got a good designer vibe, thats about it

Where to start? Its a glorified Hostel, staff are a bit unfriendly (trying too hard to be cool) also don't think they should be swearing on reception. Arrived at reception and it was very loud with music (DJ level loud) Beds in room are very very soft, too soft. Pillows are wafer thin, we had to order many new sets to get to a normal standard. Very difficult to regulate the temp in the room it was very hot so we had the window open constantly. Breakfast not included had to pay. This is a "Hotel" for young people with too much money trying to be cool.

one night stay in standard room, was fine enough but have stayed in other hotels nearby similar price which were much ni

great location, bar downstairs was busy but you didnt hear this upstairs

when we turned up our room had only been half finished there were things lying about everywhere, upturned bin on the chair which had cushions all off and bits of stuff everywhere in the bathroom. room was quite small and didnt feel very special.

Overpriced

Good location

Lights and phone broken. The room wasn't cleaned. Apparently you have to request it at the reception but I was never told or asked. Very over priced for what it is. Better off paying a little more and saying at Soho House.

Welcoming and friendly staff and clean with a great vibe. Ideal location if your are in your late 20s/early 30s

Music from the lobby was loud when on the second floor and the lobby was more like a night club in the evening.

Clean and friendly. very cosy for the cost but as expected for location.

surprisingly quieter than we initially thought as the music downstairs is so loud- buzzing atmosphere nevertheless. small clean room. great location and great staff. the facilities are extremely basic but if youre just looking for a clean shower and bed to stay in then its a great option.
