    Truly Riverside with Excellent Hospitality
    Wow, Amazing property just on the river bank with superb view of valley river and mountains. Hospitality was best at this pandemic time. They were taking proper care of Covid Guidelines... Cheers

    Very unpleasant stay with not so serious management
    Location and facilities were good.
    Covid protocols were not imposed properly. Except few of us most of other guests were roaming around without mask. The common lobby which was shared with room next to ours had guests smoking late night and filled the whole corridor with suffocating smoke. The hotel management completely failed to set good standards.

    The behaviour of staff was so rude. They didn't have manners to talk with customers. Zero hospitality manners.
