AC Was Out-Had to check out

The hotel accommodations were nice. Room was clean, staff was friendly.

The AC went out. I called for a fan and was not told about the AC. I called again, 2 hours after I checked to tell them I thought the thermostat may be broken. At that time, I was told they had been notified the AC was out in the bldg and a company was coming to look into it. It was 80 degrees in the room. They should have contacted all guests and made us aware of the situation. It would have been the courteous thing to do. To their credit, I was allowed to check out and received a full refund along with many apologies.

The stay was okay, was not expecting to have to pay for parking and the hotel stay.

No public parking, only valet. And the cost is $39 per day.

Pretty nice

The rooms were clean, everything was nice

It's not that it wasn't bad but it's valet parking only which is an additional $38 a day if they don't have an option to not valet include it in the price of the stay and not add it on.
