Overall, I would stay again. Just maybe want a different room. Location was good. Checking in & out was super easy.
Concierge were terrific! I loved the view from balcony. I actually enjoyed sitting out there. Kitchen was well stocked. (I would recommend a pizza cutter! I made most of my meals there & brought a frozen pizza the first night.)
I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness. It didnt feel dirty, but it also didnt feel very clean either. Theres a weird stain at the bottom of the vinyl dirty clothes basket, so I didnt use that. Theres possible water damage to the corner wall between shower & closet. Water coming from shower head was minimal, like it needs to be replaced. And the smoke detector in bedroom was missing, just wires hanging out.

Overall we just stayed to enjoy thanksgiving, the location is great.
The hardware of the building, security, friendly front desk.
Complicated Parking situation so pay attention to the picture show . Then, Shower head low water pressure and requires more plumbing tape. A patron may have damaged it. there is constant noise from outside and the traffic but appears to be part of the location. Besides, very strict on checking in rules to follow and showed them my Id online made me very insecure. However, the text messaging back and forth was very responsive and pleasant.
Great views and amenities were nice aside from the shower head. Was fairly good value.

This was the most perfect stay I've experienced while working in Dallas & I'm a Forever Customer!!
I loved the location, the Lobby Manager was very warm and welcoming, and the Apartment was a magnificent dream come true!!!
The Arrival Instructions was a bit confusing, and almost like a Scavenger Hunt LOL. BUT, once you realize if there are No Spots in the Entry Lot: Just park with you Hazard Lights, and go in the Lobby then to the Keycafe in the Mailroom. You'll be good to go to get back in your vehicle & turn directly right, raise your Parking Pass up, and the Gate will be signaled to Open Forward not backwards. Lastly, just park in any of the Reserved - Locale Guest Parking spots thereafter. And then you be at perfect peace to enjoy your stay.

Secured parking lot, easy acces to many Dallas atractions.
The floor in the apartment has spots and it was not cleaned. The floor in the bathroom was ver dirty. The apartment is located between a big crosssection and rail way roads. Even though the host left the earplugs, the door to the balcone did not provide enough noise separation.
