Beautiful spontaneous trip with my sister's.
Loved the location..so close to Pitt St Shopping and the Theatre Royal. Is a beautiful hotel, room was lovely and staff very friendly. Breakfast was delicious with lots of good options.
We went to the bar before our show and were told.it was table service. We ended up leaving without ordering as we waited for 10 minutes to be served and were worried we would be late for our show. Whilst we were seated as we arrived for breakfast, as we were leaving, could see a very large line up waiting to be seated. I would suggest not waiting till 9 am as that is when most seems to arrive.

Overall, my husband and I will stay here again. The comfortable bed, great service and location
Lets start with location. Walking distance to everything and transport to anywhere. So central.
The room is spacious and love that spa. The bed was so comfortable that we almost missed breakfast.
Although breakfast was tasty, the buffet area isnt spread out so well.
While I waited for my omelette, I felt like I was in everyones way. If you dont want to feel too squashed, breakfast sent to your room is another option.

Hotel management are painting over the cracks - most disappointing . 5 night stay a nightmare
Staff particularly in the clubroom lounge were very attentive and helpful. Front desk and reception area is very attractive and welcoming
Paid for club room access and very disappointed with our rooms. First had cracks staining and what appeared to be mould in the bathroom shower. Fittings tired and unservicable - AC unit continously dripped water onto the carpet beside the bed and had stained and damaged ceiling from long term malfunctioin. Methamphetamine pipe discovered under the bed. Clubroom furniture was tired - one chair had a broken leg. Staff quietly apologised for the state but management did nothing to address our concerns other than move us to another room and a type written note of apology from the Hotel manager. Duty Mgr apologised regarding cleaning. 31st Floor is to be avoided at all cost. About $600 per night for a dreadful experience. This is not a five star hotel - Owners and management appear indifferent to customers reasonable expectations

Lovely hotel and location excellent- pity about the dining experiences experience at breakfast
The rooms were great and the lounge and bar areas also. Beautifully decorated for the Xmas period.
Each morning there was a queue up to 25 minutes to get a table for breakfast - never experienced this in any hotel Ive stayed in before and Ive stayed in hundreds. When you finally got a table the food was not hot - lukewarm.

Wonderfully pleasant
Everything was great, especially the service. All staff were wonderful, helpful and considerate.
There should be a disclaimer about how tough it is to negotiate traffic in the area if you're planning to drive down to the hotel. A recommendation maybe to take a taxi.
