Excellent location and great staff.
Air conditioning did not work for the length of the stay. And, the receptionist did her best to help by providing a fan, however, it was super loud, which made it impossible to sleep with the heat and loud fan.

Great room with jacuzzi bathtub
Staff banged on the door when they needed to clean the room, we were fairly late to checkout as my partner slept in. They eventually entered the room while my partner was getting changed which isnt a big deal as we were running late for checkout however I can imagine certain people would find this highly inappropriate so just a heads up make sure you check out on time or staff may walk in on you getting dressed.

Average for the price
Location - close to my work Christmas party which is why I chose the property.
There was no hot water to have a shower, and our room was missing a coffee machine so we couldnt even have a coffee in the morning.

Quirky room decor. Smallish, but quite adequate. Helpful staff - allowed us to move rooms when the safe didn't work.
Housekeeping visited room but didn't appear to have done much cleaning. Coffee pods not replaced even though we stayed 4 nights.

Location is really good, Short walk to The Valley. Off street parking.
Our booking was messed up. Charged for parking, booking meant to include mini bar and parking. No mini bar in room upon arrival. Parking was reimbursed and the mini bar stocked eventually mostly with stuff the average person wouldn't drink. Air con wasn't very cool. Completely different name on the welcome message on the tv.
