    View from the valley view room was breathtaking. Very clean and spacious rooms. Staff was polite, responsive and service was great.

    I highly recommend people to stay in this place when they come to Munnar due to it's proximity, view
    Excellent view, great service and amazing food!
    There's no lift, so people with a garden view have to climb 3 stories. Although not a major problem.

    great stay amidst hills
    property is at a great location for a staycation a little away from city, the food was amazing and the views were just splendid
    recreational room had a lot of facilities however none of them were usable the TT ball was broken, chess pieces were missing and foosball table was rust ridden.

    Had an amazing stay here...the view from this resort is so mesmerizing...the food was great...staff was helpful and catered to all our needs...overall a very good place to stay and worth the money...would love to come back here.

    Excellent views from the balcony!
    We had a lovely time in Munnar, the views from our balcony were amazing. They had kindly upgraded our rooms so we shared a joint balcony which makes it all the better for a family. The breakfast and dinner on the property is also great. I had lost my headphones in my room somehow, and the staff was extremely helpful. They not only had it for me (even though I realized days later that I had lost it), but also shipped it back to us at no charge.
