Perfect location, clean, and very accommodating staff.
Staff was great! Place was clean. They had free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. They allowed pets and it was close to a dog park. The location was right in the center of Chicago.

Amazing. Enjoyable.
The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and clean I enjoyed that a lot. Location was spectacular lots of stores and restaurants around to easily get to without having to waste gas or extra funds.
There was nothing I didnt like or enjoyed during my stay. Everything was top tier in my honest opinion. My stay was really amazing I enjoyed it a lot.

Good location with restaurants close by.
The room was fine. Comfortable bed. They had complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in the lobby. There was a bagel shop next door to the hotel which was handy for breakfast.
The lobby was sort of funky. I got multiple charges on my credit card which I couldn't explain, but they were deleted.

Friendly staff, clean, close to a busy area but its quiet inside.
The Chicago Hotel Collection Magnificent Mile is well located. We stayed there for one night in transit and arrived late and hungry. We were recommended to go to the Italian/pizza restaurant nearby, which was a good choice for hungry travellers. We returned to a very clean room with fresh linen, which we found very relaxing. We both slept well as despite being on a busy road, this wasnt noticeable.
I couldnt fault anything at this property.
