Comfortable well appointed rooms. Great location

Great location with easy walk to Marina Bay. Comfortable beds and pillows. Nice pool area. Fabulous breakfast.

Difficulty contacting customer service with calls unanswered. Excessive use of plastics in bathroom products. Duty manager acknowledged expectations of a 5 star hotel were not met on our arrival.

Scary - what if the intruder had had a knife?

A Portuguese man with dementia entered. Our room at 2.30 am waking up the children and scaring us all. Fortunately he was harmless he was lost and looking for his room. The hotel gave us lots of free stuff like breakfasts and room service but we are all still traumatized by having this stranger inside our room at 2.30 am.

The management were very good re the man in our room at 2.30 am however the worry is still how did it happen I the first place?

Great hardware, in need of serious maintenance, management and direction. Individual staffs efforts are not enough for

The building is great, so is the location. Breakfast was 5 stars, attitude and effort of waiting and kitchen staff is great but lacks coordination and management. The concierge staff were great!

The time it takes to check in. Its noisy in the evenings and nights at night. The staff at the pool is clueless on whats on offer to guests. It seems the hotel is in auto pilot without anyone around the helm.
