Well overpriced for what you get

Nice cosy bedroom, good bathroom and the tasty food

The spa area is disappointing, the pool is small and the steam room was being refurbished. The service during breakfast was extremely slow, it took 40 mins to get served, not very considerate when you have a 2 yo toddler .

I had requested a bigger bathrobe when I booked, this didnt happen nor was it acknowledged, it is a quite shabby in several areas of the hotel, the blinds in the room had stains all over them and generally shabby.

Beautiful hotel with incredible attention to detail and lovely staff.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were incredibly helpful. The breakfast was especially delicious and there was lots of choice with healthy options available as well. The hotel itself was incredibly cosy and the grounds were stunning.

I loved everything about the property, very inviting, very comfortable. Also the staff were amazing, they couldnt do enough for you!

The bedroom was very warm - I like to sleep in a freezing cold room, obviously everyone is different. I just opened the windows :)

we booked dinner in advance at 7pm to include 2 guests. we were handed menu's for a tasting menu only and told there was NO OTHER OPTION. I remonstrated with the senior waiter for 10 minutes who offered no alternative !! Absolutely extraordinary !! I shall be contacting them direct to make a formal complaint. I hope you will investigate this and let me know your thoughts as it is part of Relais and Chateau Hotel Regards, David Price ..

A beautiful stay i will never forget

The room was beautiful (was kindly upgraded) and service by staff was nice especially the lady who showed us to our room. There was classical music playing and biscuits which made it a memorable stay. The gardens are very beautiful. The food at the restaurant is very nice.

Some of the service at dinner seemed rushed
