Stylish hotel in central location

Fantastic hotel in great location nicely designed, we loved it. Great common space, stylish, warm and hospitable staff. Perfect rooms in terms of amenities. Excellent location.

The welcome on arrival was just perfect, the front of house team are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them, a real asset to the hotel! Bedroom was beautiful if slightly small, however we had a great view of the Bosphorus. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room felt very luxurious. Breakfast, again very tasty and plentiful, good produce and lovley staff too. The roof top bar is superb, now the team up here were amazing, funny, friendly and always made an effort. The views are simply stunning so it's well worth booking a table and watching the sunset. The location is great, very central with the old town just across the bridge. I would definitely book again.

Superbly furnished boutique hotel . Great breakfast , Roofbar . Great location near Galataport , Karakoy , Sultanehmet and fine dining Neolokal and Nardis Jazz .

I would stay here again and recommend to others.

Room decor, cleanliness and staff were great. Breakfast was very good. Nice selection. The welcome selection was a nice touch in the room (chocolates, etc). Room amenities were of nice quality.

The bed was a little uncomfortable. Too hard. The only thing that stopped me from giving this hotel a 10.

After a wonderful but exhausting day of touring, it was gratifying to walk through the front door !

First and foremost, the staff at the front desk was terrific! By the time we left, we felt like they were old friends. They were extremely helpful and attentive, and very professional. That said, each of them had a great (and appropriate) sense of humor, which made us feel very much at home. Hope they get a bonus or raises! Other staff were good as well, with only one or two exceptions. And the room was beautiful and comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffett and especially the rooftop bar and restaurant.

The electrical system in the room took some getting used to. It was so small and some of the controls were in hard to see locations.
