Superb

lovely hotel in the heart of london!

perfectly located. we had a fantastic stay at the academy. team is very nice and kind. rooms are very clean. fantastic breakfast, everything was super fresh and just prepared!

Great location, not worth of its 5 star rating

Great location in central London.

No elevators, had to climb 4 flights of stairs to my room. Whilst the breakfast was included in my room rate of 400 per night, they charged a 15 surcharge for anything cooked (yes, 15 for scrambeled eggs when breakfast is included in your room rate)

Not what we expected.

Its a cool hotel idea.

No elevator, you can hear everything from rooms above and next to you, there is no breakfast in room, super old floor Its not what you expect from 5 stars hotel.

Lovely staff, awesome breakfast, great location.. A few minor issues but overall great.. maybe not 5 star , but definitely 4.

A little more info on check-in would have been good, never did find out breakfast times. The room was small, which is fine, but A/C might need a service as room was roasting. Just a little reminder that 4 flights of stairs will take your breath away.

Stunning character filled hotel in a fabulous location.

Staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and help with all of my questions and requests - can't speak highly enough of them! Bed, pillows and shower were sublime. Breakfast area stunning and food lovely and generous amounts. Library was a lovely cosy area with a cute courtyard area.

Disappointing

Location was close enough to Convent Garden and Soho to walk.

The bedroom we stayed in had no way to control the heat, very uncomfortable and shouldnt be described as a king room.

Superb

An excellent small hotel in great location with very helpful staff.

All the staff were welcoming polite and helpful giving very good service. They even found my daughter's ear ring dropped down the sink and thought to be lost on the morningof departure. Breakfast very good and wide variety. Bedrooms comfortable and all you would expect.
