Amazing staff, everyone was extremely polite, caring and helpful, from the restaurant, to reception, care takers, luggage handlers, cleaners.
The hotel is very clean and calm, the beds are very comfortable and the rooms are well designed. and catered for an enjoyable stay.
The breakfast is excellent and varied. The dinner buffet was also varied and tasty.
An excellent place to stay not far from the Indira Ghandhi International Airport. Perfect if one wants to avoid going into Delhi.
I will definitely keep it in mind for my next visit to India.

The stay was amazing. Bathroom was amazing, luxury bath amenities were there.
Although, there were a few areas of improvement.
Restaurant staff can be a bit more proactive. The breakfast spread was also a little small when compared to other 5 stars.

Staff during buffet should walk around looking out what someone needs. But majorly you need to call someone to get you what you wanted or get the plates removed. Overall the service was excellent. Staff was really polite and caring as well.
The room size was a bit small.

The Staff was amazing. Special thanks to Lauv at the front office who was extremely helpful and understanding and catered to our requests.
The food. Didnt like the dinner as well as the breakfast. Options were really less. Taste wise, wasnt good either.
