SWISSOTEL SINGAPORE

Room was very comfortable and easy access.

Not enough toothpaste for 4 pax who brush teeth twice a day. And not enough coffee pods as I drink more coffee per day. To enjoy the is a must. There should be coffee stations at the pool as its cold waiting for kids to finish swimming. I know its too much to ask for but these services would have been exceptional.

Overall great stay

The hotel is conveniently located, neat, well designed, has a direct access to a mall and a helpful staff. The room is quite spacious and pleasant. We have stayed in a two double bed room (2adults +2 kids) which is rare to find.

The hotel has 70 floors and amazing views to the city which we were hoping to enjoy.. but our room faced the back yard which wasnt very attractive.

Our stay was ok, room was clean but I would prefer to book somewhere bigger for family of four

Good customer service from the friendly staff working there. Good location and close to MRT station and shopping district. It would be lovely for 2 people to enjoy the stay in the type of room we had.

The Spa facilities were separated between Male and Female spas and I found this to be a bit odd, also they could have opened for longer as we hardly had any time to use them because they close too early. The drinks are too pricey at the pool bar and the bar on the upper most level. Also our room was extremely small for a family of four and I did not expect it to be that small.

An experience I will not repeat. Very bad hotel. There is no potable water. Drink from the bathroom faucet. Bad, very bad, the rooms are normal and the prices are very high

Fantastic stay .. so stoke

Love the ambience although i found the lobby on 45th abit dim. Love the view frm the balcony. Looking forward to stay there in the future.

The toilet no bidet, so thats the down side. Another thing found a stain on the bed side, not sure whats that.

It is a satisfying way to end and start the year.

The service was excellent, and all our requests were handled effectively. Special thanks to Angelia Tan for relentlessly assisting me in a room change.

It will be good if the toilet has a bidet spray or bidet toilet seat.
