    Overall I find Sur a good choice. I like the peace and quiet.
    The room was spacious, beds were nice, aircon was working very nicely. It has a nice beach front, not too crowded vs the nearby resorts such as Hennan Prime and Two Seasons. Staff were very polite and accommodating.
    Not the best breakfast and no amenities but the location makes up for it. It has a wide beach front and if you want a big breakfast, you can just go to Hennan Prime and pay a fee. I also didn't like the location of our room, the balcony was facing the other hotel. We found a couple of cockroaches in the bathroom.

    The location was great. Directly at the beach with beautiful view. Also staff was very friendly.
    At the end of the stay they were claiming extra charges for an agency fee even though booking total price did not mention anything like that.

    Sunset view is amazing.
    I like our room with comfortable beds and linens, the facilities & the amenities but lacking one our room don't have complimentary coffee. Anyway, the staffs are accommodating and courteous especially the guards they assist you to where you want to go and they call e-tricycle for you to hop. What i like the most is that it is located in station 1 and a beach front. The sunset there is amazing.
    No complimentary coffee in our room but has a cup and saucer and a kettle. Anyway, we didn't ask anymore for it. But for a coffee person like us, we like to have a coffee inside our room.

    Beachfront. The staff are all courteous. Value for money. Easy access to transportation or you could walk along the shore to go to Dmall, the heart of shopping in station 2. Breakfast is ok. They offer different menu everyday. Helpful guards and all the staff in the ground. Cozy layout. Had a wonderful stay in Sur Beach Resort.

    Room d14 need a makeover, toilet was smelly, im not sure if the exhaust fan was working or the cleaning cloth they used to clean the toilet was old.

    Staffs are friendly and hospitable
    Poor communication- I booked a deluxe double bedroom with veranda but when I checked in they gave me a room without a have veranda. I asked the staff the reason- she told me because I requested for double bed.I was not advised about that or given a choice. I will be picking with veranda if they communicate. Moreover, they did not told me that some days will be plated or buffet breakfast.
