The stay was okay for what it was but it could have been better.

Location was good, it was near shops and local restaurants easy to walk around to buy what you need.

Facilities and cleanliness is not so great. Floor doesn't get clean for housekeeping and service was mediocre. Our room was the superior double bedroom but it felt small and no view.

Great place to stay.

Great position. Clean. Nice room. Nice shower. A young man on reception when we arrived at approximately 11pm on 27.11.33 was very helpful and professional. He was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. I'm sorry I don't remember his name. He was also on the AM shift the next morning.

The hotel is a good budget option in an expensive city. The hotel is in a good location for the underground and walkable to the tourist spots if you can walk a good distance. Room was adequate and clean

Wifi wasnt great, but the amount of time spent in the hotel, does this matter.

It was pleasant and we are satisfied with the stay.

Room and toilet are clean and bright. Good location. Few mins walk to central Bugis area where shopping malls are. Close to some local fruit stalls.

Room did not have a view (small issue). Soundproof is not great in the room but didnt bother us much when sleeping at night.

Waiting for refund has put a bad spin on the stay.

Location was good

They took one nights accommodation as a deposit. It still has not been refunded after 4 days. I would have thought they should only charge me for the remainder of the stay and not full amount and then wait for refund. I need that money for holiday. Too expensive for the room too.
