Very good

Clean hotel from the lobby, to the elevators, to the hallways to the rooms. Very esthetically pleasing! The 10th floor had an amazing city view and the room was very clean and kitchen had everything you would need for an extended stay.

I felt that the front desk personnel should have strong customer service skill and a vibrant personality. It felt like a check the block kind of service and I could have very well done that myself with a kiosk. This improvment, would make the entire stay 5 stars for me.

Superb

Modern and clean hotel in great location

Modern hotel a block from downtown. Huge suites with kitchen and living area/bedroom. Very clean. The staff at the reception desk and in the breakfast area were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast (eggs, turkey sausages, waffles, oatmeal, breads, and treats) is included. Free parking on the street on weekends, or $24 per day in the lot next to the hotel. Would stay again.

The bathroom smelled like sewer on the 4th floor.

Perfect headquarters for our Christmas visit with family.

The temperature in our room was too warm, and we could not switch to a/c to cool it off.

Very good

Room was clean. Staff friendly. Room was bigger than I thought it would be. Hotel was clean.

Found a roach crawling in my bathroom. Was a little shocked but I imagine being in the city would have some issues. Overall everything was clean [0!!aaa+1+LMK
