    Not the best stay.
    Room was comfortable. Staff was pleasant.
    Was given the incorrect type of handicap room on 7th floor . Asked if there was a first floor room available and wanted to be assured the bath would accomodate my husbands needs. After walking the length of 7th floor found we were not in a fully handicap bathroom. Returned to lobby and after some confusion by staff (who were very helpful) we received a room on first floor. Note that the staff said only one person was aware of the full handicap bath options so it took some time to find a room. Bath had broken tiles in shower. Handicap bath did not have a bar for user to get in shower seat. There was no shower head for handicap user. Very inconvenient.

    The breakfast who served coffee was good and she was the only pleasant person in the hotel. Stay was not good.
    The front desk was not well trained at all. They didn't stamp the parking ticket when I checked in, and I had to pay every time I went in and out of the hotel. Each person told something different. Looked like they didn't really care what they were doing. They cared less for customers

    The hotel was conveniently located near Copeland Hall. The attached parking garage was reasonably priced.
    The room was very dark and the lighting was poor. We could hear the TV in the next room very loudly all night long.

    Issues accessing the wifi, pool has been closed for 3 years. Nice staff but Hilton is a ripoff
    Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and nice.
    Please remove from your site that they have a pool. It has not been operational in 3 years.
